Two different conversion systems

Basically only Diesel cars can be converted to the use of vegoil fuel.

In converting to either the 1-tank or the 2-tank system, certain parts of the car have to be changed and some new devices have to be installed.

When using the 1-tank-system you can start your car and run it on pure vegoil. Almost all cars of the VW group (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda) are fit for this kind of conversion. Further, certain other automakers offer cars suited to these conversions . Ask us whether your car is suitable for conversion (see below our request form). We perform a special „vegoil tuning“ of the engine control system. The modification of the engine should be performed by our trained experts, to ensure that the optimum conditions for combustion of vegoil are attained. The price is about Euro 2600 (before tax).

Converted Audi A3 1.9 TDI (1-tank-system)

A car with a 2-tank-system has to make a „cold start“ with ordinary Diesel from a new, additional tank, which gets attached in the trunk or another suitable place – often in place of the spare wheel. Nearly all Diesel cars and trucks can handle this new start process. Every engine needs a few minutes to reach the required operating temperature for vegetable oil. Once this temperature is reached the ajuvo system will switch automatically to the use of vegetable oil fom the regular tank.

Whenever you turn off your engine for a longer time – for example at night – vegoil would remain in the fuel lines until the next start. This is bad for the engine until such time as the normal operating temperature is reached. Now our „Diesel Quick Purge“ comes into play:
You purge the fuel system with Diesel, which just takes 30-45 seconds, so that the next time you start your car there will be only Diesel in the fuel lines.

You start - as always – with pure Diesel. The prices vary between Euro 1200 and 1800 (incl. VAT), for trucks between Euro 2200 and 4500 (incl. VAT).

A conversion changes parts of the car and therefore in many countries, for example Germany, the changes must be entered officially in your vehicle certificate, in order for you to keep your operating license.

All cars with a conversion system can still run on Diesel fuel.
